Steps To A Successful Campaign - Conventional Fruit Sale

1. Call Aim Fundraising to set a campaign date.
2. Distribute order forms and folder on your start date.
3. Set your end sale date at least one week prior to the date you have to call in your order to Aim Fundraising.
4. Tally the order forms using our online order entry system.
5. (OR) Call in your total order to Aim Fundraising ( *Two weeks prior to when you wish to receive your fruit )
6. Aim Fundraising will email or fax an order confirmation.
7. Review order confirmation to ensure everything is correctly listed.
8. Aim Fundraising will call to set up a delivery date and time ( * At least seven days in advance)
9. Notify your group of delivery information and get volunteers to help unload the truck.
10. Truck arrives at designated date and time, your volunteers unload count, and check the fruit. (If there are any shortages or spoilage call the office within 24 hours).
11. Distribute the "Ultra Fresh" fruit to your customers and you are done!
